    Gentlemen/ Members of the Chamber

    Greetings,

Ashariqa Chamber extends its warmest greetings and informs you of receiving a letter from the Saudi Chambers Union numbered (45102908) dated (11/7/1445 AH), which refers to a letter from the Gulf Chambers Council numbered (G/11) dated (11/1/2024 AD), related to the letter received from the Technical Secretariat Office for Combating Harmful Practices in International Trade, operating under the General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council, regarding the launch of the "Fahes" initiative. This initiative is a guidance advisory service for Gulf factories and companies affected by harmful international trade practices.

This service aims to explain and clarify the procedures of Gulf laws to combat dumping, compensatory and preventive measures, the mechanism for submitting complaints and required data, and the prepared model for that. Additionally, it involves reviewing and auditing applications, clarifying how to submit confidential data, and more. The Fahes service team provides consultations to interested beneficiaries free of charge and without obligation to companies.

Therefore, the Union hopes that interested parties will benefit from this service and obtain further information. Those interested can communicate through the dedicated WhatsApp number for the service at (00966112551399) or via email: (fahes@gccsg.org).

    Sincerely
